The Northwest Fly Tying and Fly Fishing Expo is fast approaching. It will be March 9th and 10th in Albany, Oregon. For more information please visit the website.
I will be teaching a class on Friday, March 9th on Rogue River Flies. Here is the description:
The Rogue River is famous for its steelhead run. Under appreciated is its “half-pounders,” 12-16 inch steelhead that return after one year in the ocean. We’re talking winter steelhead that feed like trout! Learn how to tie flies to catch these fun fish.
You can sign-up for classes on the website.
I will also be tying on Saturday with my daughter for the first two sessions at table 36. Here is the complete list of tyers.
