im looking at the woven mayflie. stone flie. and the golden stone flie.they look so real. are they wet flies.we use a lot of nymphs here in Michigan.

The mayfly is supposed to be an adult and float, but it would sink because of how it is tied. A dry fly version can be tied using hackle instead of the realistic legs. The stonflies are wet flies and will sink. To be more productive rubber legs can be substituted with the more realistic legs.

The Woven Golden Stonefly is beautiful, almost like a piece of fine jewelry. I’m impressed.
