  1. I was looking at some of the realistic bug looking just now starting to get into flie fishing .we have a really good river for steelhead.we get a pretty good run of them in the spring.thank you jack gould

  2. im looking at the woven mayflie. stone flie. and the golden stone flie.they look so real. are they wet flies.we use a lot of nymphs here in Michigan.

  3. The mayfly is supposed to be an adult and float, but it would sink because of how it is tied. A dry fly version can be tied using hackle instead of the realistic legs. The stonflies are wet flies and will sink. To be more productive rubber legs can be substituted with the more realistic legs.

  4. Do you really fish with these? They are more like miniature sculptures and genuine works of art. You have taken fly tying to a different level with these beautiful representations. If I were a fish, I don’t think I could resist most of these.
